First Aid Protocol
Ambulances are to be called by the tournament technical officials only. A trainer will be in attendance at all times during this event. Ice will be available at all three fields. In accordance with FIH regulations, the umpires will assess the injury and request help if necessary. Coaches are not to enter the field of play unless instructed to do so by the umpire. In the event that an injury is significant, especially injuries to the head, the umpire will ask for the trainer. In either circumstance, the player must remain on the sidelines for at least two minutes following the resumption of play.
