 Shadow Coaching Minimize

Shadow Coaching involves being added to an existing high performance coaching staff as an observer.  It allows newer coaches the opportunity to see first hand what makes some of our more experienced coaches good at what they do.  These opportunities are strictly volunteer and are available with all FHBC High Performance Programs.

Shadow Coaching does not require any prerequisites or qualifications and a full commitment to the program is ideal but not necessary. The more time a candidate is able to spend with the team the more they are likely to get out of the experience.

Please email shiv@fieldhockeybc.com if you are interested in being added to any of our HP coaching staffs as a Shadow Coach.
