Coaching rates are based on Certification through our National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) as well as the relevant experience level of the Coach. To account for the significant time spent planning practices, Head and Assistant Coaches are awarded a planning bonus of 50% and 25% respectively. This bonus applies to both practice and tournament hours.
Please note that coaching rates will now be determined by Coaching Certification achieved at the start of the program being coached.

*Coaching in a national program is defined as participation in an official tour as a Head or Assistant Coach with the Men's or Women's Naional Team.

Coaching hours are calculated based on:
- Practice hours
- Tournament hours (2hrs/game)
- Planning time (50% of practice and tournament hrs for Head Coaches / 25% of practice and tournament hours for Assistant Coaches)
- Sport Science workshop hours (if applicable)
