PROVINCIAL TEAM INFORMATION
Team BC Selection Criteria
Time commitment:

Skills training in June (2-4 hrs additional workshops) in Vancouver

Additional Physical conditioning and Sport Science training.

Attendance and travel to National Championships.
Financial commitment:

The Provincial Excellence Stream is athlete-funded, partially subsidized by the Regional program and the Sports Funder Lottery Program.

Provincial Levies cover costs associated with skills training, facilities, sport science, equipment, uniforms, clothing, travel costs, coaches’ honoraria and travel expenses, travel (flights, vans) and accommodation.

Please be aware that FHBC Policy has changed this year - all payments or arrangements for payment plans this MUST be made prior to the first training provincial training session (May 29) or athletes will regrettably be ineligible for the Team BC Program.

The 2010 Under 18 BC Blue Team Levy will be approximately: $900 (includes training, 1 event, transportation, and accommodation at UVic).
