Trial: selections to Team BC will be made directly from the Regional Festival in April. As such, only Regional athletes will be eligible for Team BC selections. Athletes must participate in the Train to Train Regional Program (Feb - April ) and obtain the minimum Yo Yo fitness test score in order to be eligible for Team BC selection.
Program Hours: target 30 hours from May - July

The Men's T2T Team BC Program is endorsed and supported by the Field Hockey Canada National Program that is open to male athletes born in the year 2002, 2003 and 2004. Field Hockey BC is excited to announce that this program will be led by Field Hockey BC coaches and supported by members of the Field Hockey Canada National Coaching team.
The intent of the program is to provide a three-month training block (February-April) from which athletes will be selected to represent Team BC and continue training towards the National Championships in BC in July 2017. Those selected to Team BC will train during May to July including participation at the India Club Tournament in June, and will play at the National Championship. Please take special note that ONLY athletes within the Regional program will be eligible for selection to Team BC.
A weekly fitness program is available under the Fitness Program link in the Program Info box on the right of the screen. Athletes are required to follow this.
The provincial levy will include training, uniforms, coach and manager honorarium, tournament entry fee, equipment, and others but does not include the cost for food during the National Tournament.
