Program Details
What:
This program is for athletes interested in continuous, committed High Performance Training from January-April. The Program involves high performance coaching by certified coaches. Athletes will be provided with a fitness program and fitness training support and will be expected to work on their fitness from winter to spring to meet a beep test fitness requirement. In April, athletes will be able to participate in the FHBC Train to Train Festival. The Regional Train to Train Program is the first step in provincial team athlete identification process, and is mandatory for athletes interested in representing BC.

Interior Region - live (or attend school) in the Okanagan or Kootenay regions
