Northwest Regional Program

This program is for athletes interested in continuous, committed High Performance Training from December-April. The Program involves high performance coaching by certified coaches. Athletes will be provided with a fitness program and fitness training support and will be expected to work on their fitness from winter to spring to meet a beep test fitness requirement. In April, athletes will be able to participate in the FHBC Train to Train Festival. The Regional Train to Train Program is the first step in provincial team athlete identification process, and is mandatory for athletes interested in representing BC.
Under 15 Athletes - born in 1998, 1999, 2000
Northwest Region - live (or attend school) on the Northshore or in Vancouver
- Trials: Completed for the 2012/2013 program.

- Train to Train Festival - April 5-7, 2013 at Tamanawis Park in Surrey.
Eric Hamber Turf (located in Vancouver, on Oak Street between West 33rd and West 37th Avenues).
Rutledge Field (located in West Vancouver)
The Regional Train to Train Program offers:
20 hours on-field technical skills training
Annual Fitness and Conditioning Program
Participation in the Train to Train Festival
Possible selection to Team BC selection camp
