The BC Women’s High Performance program is arguably the most successful program in Canada. Adapting and advancing to meet the needs of our growing athlete talent base, the Women’s Program aims to provide opportunity for the best athletes to reach their full potential in field hockey. Annually, the HP Program develops programs for approximately 350 athletes. In 2012, a new development program within the pathway, titled Learn to Train, was introduced for U13 athletes. It's an excellent opportunity for young athletes to work on technical skill development.
