Registration for the 2010 BC Club Championships is not yet open. Please note that registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for all championship programs. Please email info@fieldhockeybc.com to place your team on a waitlist should your online registration be unsuccessful.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
If you are entering teams from the following 5 regions, please contact the Field Hockey BC Office to complete your registration:
1. Trail 2. Nelson 3. Chilliwack 4. Comox Valley 5. Nanaimo

For all other entries, please note the following details with regards to registration for your chosen club championships program:
1. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis
2. The team administrator completing this registration MUST have team players individual Field Hockey BC membership numbers
3. All team COACHES and UMPIRES MUST have a current Field Hockey BC membership number
4. Current and valid Field Hockey BC membership numbers must be entered to complete the registration process for your team
5. Each Registration Fee payment MUST be made via CREDIT CARD, please be prepared to submit your credit card information at the appropriate time. A confirmation email will be automatically generated after a successful payment.
6. Team withdrawal from a club championship program will result in forfeit of team registration fee regardless of the time of withdrawal
7. Following the registration deadline (April 30, 2010), any team withdrawal will result in an entire forfeit of that teams registration fee
8. Teams entering ineligible players, coaches or officials will be automatically ejected from their chosen club championship program. There will be a possible forfeit if it transpires that the team's umpire is not actually available. If the umpire is known to not be available prior to the start of the championships then the team will forfeit their place in the tournament and a wait-listed team will be entered. If the umpire is not available during the championships then the team will forfeit that particular game.
And please note with regards to the Registration Form that the following will be Prerequisite Fields:
1. Team Name and Tier Requested (if the category has more than one tier, please note that tier one is for experienced players whereas tier 2 would be for less experienced players).
2. Must have the main contact's personal details: Name, Address, E-mail and Telephone Number
3. Must have a minimum of 11 FHBC member numbers in the athlete registration column
4. Must have FHBC member number for both the coach and official assigned to each team, please note that a forfeit of the team will apply should the umpire associated with the team be unable to officiate at the championships.
